ItalianoThe formation involved all of the Directive Council of the Vicariate of Saint Augustine in the Congo and two young Dominican Friars. The course had three secotions
The three secotions are:
- Project Cycle Management,
- Logical Framework,
- Timeline and Budget Projection.
It was decided to use one of their project ideas as the case study for the development in the course. During the days of formation the friars analyzed some official documents concerning the country, the area of intervention and the beneficiaries; they conducted a survey directed to the local population thanks to a questionnaire prepared in class; they developed the idea and compiled the Logical Four (General and Specific Objective, Anticipated Outcomes, Activities, Assumptions, Indices of Control, Monitoring) and in the end they defined u budget and a timeline for the activity.
